Resend operates servers and processes data exclusively on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Ireland (eu-west-1).
This ensures that all processing takes place within the European Union.
The information you provide is sent once to Ziegelmayer Boats (as the recipient) and once to you (as confirmation of receipt).
Resend acts as our data processor in accordance with Article 28 GDPR, and the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses and appropriate safeguards.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and handled according to GDPR compliance standards.
We use the submitted information solely to process your inquiry and provide customer support.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to process your request or comply with legal obligations.
Once your inquiry has been completed and no further communication is required, your data will be deleted within 12 months.
